1. Acceptance of Agreement
This is a legally binding agreement between you (the user/student) and Hi-tech Computers Academy. Your use of the website or enrollment in any of our courses implies full acceptance of this agreement.

2. Scope of Services
• We provide computer education, professional training courses, assessments, and certification services.
• Services are primarily offered offline and limited online resources may be available.
3. Admission & Enrollment Conditions
• Enrollment is confirmed only after submission of required documents and payment of the minimum fee as per the institute’s fee structure.
• The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any admission without providing a reason.
4. Fee Payment Terms
• All course fees are clearly stated in advance.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
• In exceptional situations (such as serious illness, accident, or relocation), partial refunds (up to 70%) may be allowed, subject to approval by the institute. A minimum of 30% will be deducted as administrative charges in all such cases.
5. Course Duration & Attendance
• Students are required to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance.
• The institute reserves the right to revise class schedules as necessary.
6. Exams & Certification
• Exams will be conducted as per the institute’s syllabus and schedule.
• Certificates will be awarded only to students who:
1. Successfully complete the course,
2. Pay all fees in full,
3. Maintain discipline and follow institute rules.
7. Code of Conduct
• Students must maintain proper behavior, discipline, and respect within the institute premises.
• Misconduct, abusive behavior, or damage to property may result in termination of enrollment without any refund.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
• All learning materials, logos, texts, images, software, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Hi-tech Computers Academy.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
• Student information like name, contact details, email, etc., is kept confidential and used only for academic and administrative purposes.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
• The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of our website or services.
• In case of unavoidable disruptions (natural calamities, lockdowns, technical failures), no fee refund will be processed, but alternate arrangements may be made.
11. Termination of Services
• The institute reserves the right to terminate any student's enrollment if they are found violating the terms or indulging in unethical behavior.
12. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
• In case of any dispute, we encourage first resolving the matter through mutual discussion.
• If legal action is necessary, the matter will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Mungeli, Chhattisgarh.
13. Right to Amend Terms
• Hi-tech Computers Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
